Varalakshmi D G is a highly experienced Technical Recruiter with a passion for technology and leadership hiring. Before Flipkart, Varalakshmi worked at Wenger & Watson as a Senior Lead Consultant, collaborating with founders and key stakeholders to build core tech teams for companies such as Flipkart (Onsite), Rupeek (Onsite), Phonepe (Onsite), Razorpay, and Vedantu. She defined hiring strategies and built the entire TPM org from scratch for Flipkart and Swiggy, closing 80% of the roles in record timelines. Varalakshmi's education includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University and a PGCHRM in Human Resources Management and Services from XLRI, which she is expected to complete in December 2022.
